We’re here to create prints and framed art you love. If for any reason the quality of your order is not to your satisfaction, we will reprint or reframe your order. To start the process please email us at

Because each item is made to order, we do not accept returns.

How to Order

  1. Start here.
  2. Select your desired product such as Framed Prints or ChromaPrints (you can change this later). 
  3. Click the button to upload your image. Once uploaded, the image will open in our online Designer.
  4. Select options for your product, including size. The uploader automatically detects your image resolution and only shows you size options that will be a good resolution.
  5. You can change products by clicking the top buttons. 
  6. Use the Crop or Upload buttons underneath your image to modify it.
  7. To checkout, you'll be asked to create an account and select standard shipping or store pickup.

Production & Shipping

  • Your items will be made to order in 5 days or less at our manufacturing facility in Portland, Oregon.
  • Shipping time varies depending where you’re located, but it’s generally best to expect it in about 10 business days.
  • You can pick up your order at one of our shops to receive reduced shipping.
  • You'll receive an email when the item is shipped, or when it reaches the store for pickup. To ensure you receive those emails, whitelist


Images should be in JPEG format, 700kb-2mb in size. We always recommend you use the original image from a digital camera. For more information on file preparation, please download this spec sheet.


We use a secure server using SSL protocol to transmit all of your private information. We do NOT share your personal information. Frameable uses the well regarded and trusted to handle your transactions. Your financial information is kept safe and encrypted by We do not store that information.
