When will my order arrive?
Your order will ship within four working days via FedEx or USPS. If your purchase was part of a special promotion, we will adhere specifically to the shipping terms itemized with that promo. Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation. If there's anything amiss with your order, or if it arrives damaged, email us at Please keep any packaging and take a few photos of damage to the packaging or artwork. We will send a reprint of your image immediately.


What Image file types are acceptable and what photo size is required?
Images should be in JPEG format, and file sizes over 2mb are preferred. Images under 2mb but larger than 700kb are sufficient for smaller pieces of art. We always recommend you use the original image from a digital camera. You can check your image size by right clicking your image, click on properties and view the size of your file.

Colors do vary slightly on each monitor. However, the final colors of your artwork will be a very accurate reflection of your original image. Minor variations may occur due to monitor calibration or image resolution, but you most likely won’t notice these aberrations.

We use a secure server using SSL protocol to transmit all of your private information. We do NOT share your personal information. Frameable uses the well regarded and trusted to handle your transactions. Your financial information is kept safe and encrypted by We do not store that information.

We accept all major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Amex, and Discover.

What is your return policy?
Because our products are completely custom, we do not accept returns or offer credits or exchanges on custom items.
